Safety requests, account deletion, and serious user concerns have a direct route to Fluxx.

Fluxx treats safety as a direct user protection channel. If someone needs to report abuse, harmful conduct, impersonation, fraud, threatening content, or request account deletion, they can contact the safety team by email and include the context needed for review.

How to report a safety issue

A user can report any situation that affects their safety or the safety of another person by emailing safety@fluxx.social. This includes harassment, threats, intimidation, impersonation, fraud, blackmail, unwanted contact, dangerous content, exploitation, or any other serious violation of personal safety.

Include the Fluxx username, profile, post, message, live stream, or other content involved.
Describe what happened and why the situation feels unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful.
Attach screenshots or dates if they are available, especially when the issue happened in messages, live content, or temporary content.

Account deletion and account safety requests

Users may request deletion of their Fluxx account by email. To help verify the request, the message should include the email address connected to the Fluxx account, the username if known, and a clear statement that the user wants the account deleted.

Account deletion requests can be sent to safety@fluxx.social or through the Contact page using the Trust and Safety topic.
Fluxx may ask for additional information when needed to confirm that the request comes from the account owner.
A user can also ask for help with unauthorized access, impersonation, account takeover concerns, or other account-related safety risks.

How Fluxx responds

When Fluxx receives a safety report, the team may review the content, account, context, and available evidence, then apply proportionate measures. Depending on the case, Fluxx may remove content, limit features, restrict access, preserve relevant information, or escalate serious matters where legally required.

Response depends on severity, evidence, recurrence, and potential risk to people or the platform.
Some cases may require faster action when there is a credible risk of harm.
If there is immediate physical danger, users should also contact local emergency services or the competent authorities.
