Fluxx uses one cookie to remember preferred language and another to remember cookie preferences. That keeps the site consistent without forcing visitors to repeat the same choices.

Cookie usage is intentionally narrow, transparent, and designed around user control.
For the current Fluxx Web build, cookies mainly support language preference, consent memory, and the option to enable future analytics or personalization categories.
How settings stay flexible
The cookie banner supports essential-only, accept-all, and custom preference states. That means the policy is reflected in the interface rather than existing as disconnected text.
